Rachel is a wildlife photographer with an incredible passion for whales. Her extensive background in customer service also means she thinks about you as the client, and the experience you will have, first. She makes sure that your entire whale expedition is seamless from beginning to end. Having traveled to over forty countries in search of photographing wildlife she knows what is involved into creating an all around experience that is unforgettable. Along with Sebastian, Rachel leads all whale expedition tours.

Rachel leads these tours: Gray and Blue Whales of Baja, Humpback Whales in Tonga, Orcas and Mobula Rays of Baja, and Sea Otters and Whales of Monterey Bay.

Sebastian is a wildlife and conservation photographer with over fifteen years of experience creating images of wild animals. Though he has always had a passion for cetaceans (dolphins have been his favorite animals since childhood!) his love for them has grown only more once he met his now wife Rachel!

Sebastian has produced high quality editorial photographs, time-lapses, videos, and web content featured in and by BBC Wildlife, Smithsonian, the Economist, Science, and Conservation International, among others.

Sebastian graduated with a bachelor of science in ecology and evolution from the University of California - Santa Cruz, and is an associate fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP).
